I rang here on a Sunday, trying to book an appointment to use a voucher I'd received. I assumed they wouldn't necessarily be open that day, but hoped for an answering machine stating their hours etc. as the voucher didn't give many specifics of the business etc.
I was pleasantly surprised when someone answered, but staff then proceeded to aggressively state they weren't open and that staff wouldn't help me. Wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise and was quite hostile.
I was so put off by their manner that I never did end up calling back and using the voucher...
