Wendy knows what she is doing and i only let her cut my hair as she is amazing at it plus it is the only place where my eyebrows stay in shape and look beautiful i wouldn't go anywhere else for that simple fact. I've had many bad haircuts in my life, but this salon did not provide one of them. I always have my hair cut by the owner and she is lovely. The hair cut is everything I want all the time and she's the only hairdresser I've met who understands that I don't want to leave the salon with flat hair plastered to my head!

Worst hair cut ever can do nothing with my hair today it is a big puff ball. I went for a trim and have it layered and thinned out the staff did not look at my hair to see if it was thinned evenly I asked about the layers they said it is but you cant see it at all . I asked for more style and all they said was cut it short .. Well it is short now thanks to them almost back to my shoulders when was quite long when I went in. .Have used other staff there before and have been happy would ask for them next time if I am ever game enough to get another haircut

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I booked in for a trim with the management. From the moment I walked in I felt rushed. I had long beautiful hair which has taken me years to grow. When asking for a trim they cut 5 inches of my hair off. My hair is now shorter at the back and longer at the front. There is a massive chunk of hair that is longer than the rest and stands out! They didn\'t wash my hair or ask if I wanted it washed. The scissors were blunt and the comb was broken and dirty. I was there for 10 minutes where my hair was absolutely butchered. Upon finishing they asked for the money and as soon as I took a step out of the salon they proceeded to close up. I\'m extremely angry. I have since phoned and explained my disappointment in tears where they said to me that it was MY fault that it was cut that way because my hair was dirty.
