Worst service I have experienced ever. After meeting with the Stones' jeweller to discuss options to alter my ring, I came out in tears after being spoken with in an unprofessional and aggressive manner by the jeweller. Sales personnel stood nearby and did not lift a finger to address the jeweller's behaviour.

We loved the rings crafted for my wedding 24 years ago and have raved about Stones ever since. We however were so disappointed with the contemptuous and pompous service received recently by a male staff member when we went to get the rings resized. What was meant to be a romantic outing ended up being one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had and I don't think he cared.

I went to Stones with a small jewellery repair. The jewellery on display looked wonderful. I was kindly and efficiently assisted with my problem. Many thanks for your excellent service and advice. I thoroughly recommend this business. If only I had been there to buy a diamond! Aaahh! Maybe next time.
