Come and enjoy the tranquillity and solitude of our private self-contained cottage or our comfort of our private suite.
The cottage features include, a cosy open plan living/bedroom area with a free standing gas log fire, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette.
Double French doors open out to a spacious deck, private garden and visiting cockatoos, king parrots, rosellas and kookaburras.
Near all that the Dandenong Ranges has to offer and still only 60 minutes by train from Flinders St Station in Melbourne.

Stones Throw is a very warm and inviting place to stay. Easy to find, very friendly greeting by Margaret and the kookoburras. Its in a peaceful area, felt like we were all by ourselves. Amenities were great, loved the big bath, very clean :0) Everything we needed was supplied, Couldnt ask for anything more. Thank you very much for everything.
