I could not recommend Chi (owner) at Stop In Hair & Beauty more! I'm blonde and was desperate for a huge colour correction and Chi was recommended to me. I spoke to her on the phone and sent over some photos and she booked me in immediately...I think she could hear the desperation in my voice. I went in asking the impossible, to correct a full head of yellow, orange and brassy hair which I didn't think was possible in one session...or 5. But Chi is a magician! The skill this woman has is UNBELIEVABLE. She talked me through what she was going to do and took the time to explain everything. Chi and her staff are so welcoming and warm and and I'm so thankful I found her. I will never go anywhere else.

Especially with colouring & cuts. Been coming here for 20 plus years. Chi (owner) puts her heart & soul in her work and it always shows in the end result. Chi is very knowledgeable in colour & techniques, so if you want amazing results go see her! The staff are all amazing.

I have known Chi for 6 years already and she have never once disspointed me, the results are always the absolute best.
I've made a silly mistake and went to a different salon last month and they completely ruined my hair, it was uneven, multiples colours and terrible foil work. After coming back to Chi today, her and her team managed to fix my hair. Super grateful and cannot recommend Stop In enough.
