Storage King Tweed Heads

Fabulous storage place, helped my elderly mother at a very stressful time. Safe, super clean, friendly and efficient. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you storage King tweed heads.

I would give - 5 stars if it were an option. The staff turn a blind eye whenever there is a problem and treat you like clients like they are delusional when they raise concerns about mould developing from poor ventilation or any other issues... One staff member had such attitude that I called the head office in Sydney on behalf of my mother and they were just as dismissive. Tweed heads gets quite humid, I do not recommend this place as a safe place to store your household items due to lack of sufficient ventilation; I would suggest further south. It is pretty much just a garage, might as well pay a mate to use theirs. The access is limited, not 24 hours like many others. AVOID this storage company. It would not kill the staff to make sure the limited lighting actually works, you need a torch... even during the day!!! Be warned they do seem friendly and nice at first but that goes once you have any concerns!!
