A popular cafe with locals, it attracts a range of people like families, groups of friends or couples looking for a nice place to grab a bite to eat or something to drink across from Camperdown Park. They even offer blankets so you make it a picnic outside when the weather is fine.
Service was really good. They have a couple of tables outside and a share communal table inside which is just the right size as quite small in the cafe but it is cosy.
I had the Italian Scrambled Eggs With Crispy Pancetta, Diced Tomato, Parsley & Provolone Served With Sourdough. The eggs were nice and creamy. The pancetta and provolone providing the Italian part of the dish. It all went well together. I had a Peanut Butter & Chocolate Milkshake. It was quite indulgent and really nice.
I've never dined here, but I guarantee that their coffees are good. It's a little odd that they are right next to another cafe, but I have to say both of them are equally good. Try out. Especially on Sundays if you can't find any decent cafe near by without going to main streets.
Hello,
Went here for Brunch today ordered Poached eggs on fennel sausages in tomatoe sauce. Struggled to eat t due to the fact that it came out in this big bowl and bread on the side so there was no room to put it on the bread and eat it. The two peices of bread where oddly match. One was white and the other was wholemeal. Wait staff didn't seem to interest in hearing feed back. The coffee was good. Service was so-so. All this is why i gave this rating.
Cheers
