I arranged an appointment to fix a dish washer for Friday. On Tuesday got a message that a master will come on Wednesday. Asked why it's Wednesday and not Friday and got a response "because it's already arranged for Wednesday". The master came changed the engine and left before the dish washer finished the program (which kind of makes sense as it takes an hour to finish). However, when the program finished, the water didn't drain. I just called the head office and found out that I have to wait for another week before they can send anybody. Meanwhile let's hope the dish washer will not start leaking. Great service.
Upd: two days before the Friday they called and cancelled the appointment because "they have no other appointments in my area" so they don't want to come. Agreed to rearrange for the Friday after. It's getting better and better - let's see what creatures will grow up in my dishwasher before they arrive. If they ever arrive.

Scheduled an appointment without telling me - then sent me a bill for $88. When I called to complain - they called me a liar. The customer service rep actually said they knows they talked to me - and they said I was lying - I have proof, never called, never spoke to me. would never use them!!!

In two words, Great Service! I had been waiting for an appliance technician from a different company to show up for three weeks with no luck. Luckily a friend of mine had used Stove Doctor before and suggested I try them out. So I phoned Stove Doctor and made a booking for the next day between 9am-11am. Not only did the technician show up on time (at 9:30!) , but he also called to let me know he was on the way. The technician Deyjan (I hope I spelt this right!) was absolutely terrific - friendly, professional and efficient; as was my initial phone call to the company's office. I would highly recommend this business to anyone and will certainly be singing the company's praises to everyone I know in Sydney. -
