I elected to have this repairer handle an insurance claim based on positive word of mouth from a previous customer. I attended the premises twice to get the quote however was told that they were unable to do the quote. They then sent out an assessor to my private address however they advised the insurer that they lost the quote.
I don't recommend this smash repairer due to the very poor serive received.
The repairer did not complete the full repair quoted despite the inconvenience of being without our vehicle for a week. Mid repair, we were also asked to pay for additional damages we were not aware of at the time of the quote. The repairer failed to return our numerous calls/emails to discuss our issues with the service.
