We used Straightcut to fence our Knock Down Rebuild and were highly impressed with the quality.
Where the other fencers we contacted for a quote didn't even bother responding, Straightcut quoted and did the work on time.
They helped us navigate the complexities of constructing while the house build was nearing completion, installed a boundary fence in time to get the Occupancy Permit approved and street fence completed prior to handover so we had privacy when we moved in.
Will use when we next need assistance and would highly recommend to anyone wishing to get fencing work done.
Owner is rude. Blasted music stupidly loud all day, used my tap without permission and left concrete residue in my yard and on my door (which had to be chipped off). Came to my doorstep (!!!) to accost me threateningly about payment just a few days after issuing invoice despite it having no due date listed. Avoid!
I was only chasing payment on a job that was 10 days old and my terms are clearly stated on the invoice payment on completion

My music was not loud at all but he could have asked me to turn it down and I would have done so
As for the little bit of concrete dust I cleaned up as best as possible
I have tried to talk to him to resolve any problems he has but he will not talk to me as he just slammed the door shut on my face
I'm asking him to contact me to resolve any problem he has as I don't think this bad review is warranted

The quality of Yann's workmanship is second to none. He has now done 2 properties for us & I could not recommend him more highly.
He is very reliable (shows when he says he will), very clean and neat with the work area, and uses quality materials.
He just installed a tall & elegant picket fence for us with a portico & cast iron capitals (we supplied these). He removed all rubbish including old fence and thoroughly cleaned up at the completion of the job.
Thoroughly reccomended.
