As the name suggests, this cafe is right on the beach. Someone has sculpted large hands for chairs. The tables are tucked into garden nooks. They serve a range of food (vegetarian options for me!) and beer and wine. When I'm in the neighborhood I come here for my afternoon glass of wine and a dose of salt air and lapping waves to destress. The service is great when the owner is in, and is mostly good otherwise.
