Friendly, approachable and helpful staff! There are so many options of things to do between group fitness classes, functional training area and weights/cardio. The Yoga Hub, pool, sauna and steam room are great to use as well! Love this gym!

Always greeted by friendly smiling staff willing to help. Amazing layout, fantastic equipment. A real point of difference with huge varitety of Group Fitness Classes, Pool, Yoga Hub, Personal Trainers, Creche, Bootcamps and the Dungeon is a real bonus. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
