As a loyal customer for years and spending a great amount of money in your stores I was very dissappointed that until couple of days ago I thought my card was activated as I done that as soon as I received it. One of your sale person pointed out that it wasn't and that I need to activate it. On my try again I found out again no luck and when I went to your store they looked up and my email add was spelled wrong and my date of birth as well as my phone no . I can understand the email but the date of birth and the phone no well that was minde boggling . So what I'm disappointed about to no fault of mine I have missed out all these time on bonus points cause someone has put wrong information .. Yours mrs Vuctoria Smith
