Strandbags

I like Strandbags - I really do. Great prices on luggage especially, and they have a lifetime guarantee. That's what is said, but a recent experience here didn't really encourage me to hold hope in that. Had a suitcase that was broken and in a half-hearted manner the staff here opened it and pointed out that the broken part wasn't their fault and I should go to the airline. I, of course, wasn't at the airport because I'd figured strandbags would sort it out. So I'm left with a broken suitcase that no-one will fix. I can understand their point of view but the manner in which it was communicated to me wasn't really helpful and I still don't really agree with them.
Having said all that, I'll likely buy a replacement there because I've had other good experiences with their luggage and the price is always good.

This is where you might go if you find yourself in need of a ... bag. They mainly stock luggage but they also have day-to-day bags and handbags. They don't seem to have schoolbags. They also have some other travel accessories like bag tags and power adapters.
