The Defendant acknowledges that the statements made about the owner, the management and the staff of Strata Plan were untrue. The Defendant apologizes to the owner, the management, and the staff of Strata Plan for the hurt, embarrassment and distress caused by his comments.

Bad Bad Bad.
Lock you into a 5 year contract from the builder ,poor service and communication , repairs and maintenance are poor quality expensive and take forever to get done . We did lots of our own work just to get things done. Would not take instructions from our committee or chairman . Stay away from strataplan as there are many better body corporation managements out there .

They key to a good Strata Management company I have found is the manager your property gets. Our building was lucky enough to be appointed Harleen at Strata Plan as our building manager and she is wonderful. Harleen really cares about the properties she manages, and she has shown this time and time again. She has been very responsive to me and due to us working together in a proactive way we have been able to create a really great working relationship for the property and subsequently resolve many difficult and ongoing issues.

Strata Plan as a company manage a high volume of properties so I find this can sometimes be where lack of responsiveness lies however, I believe by building a strong relationship with your manager this will defiantly help in ensuing that a higher level of responsiveness is achieved.

Strata Plan have managed our small OC for about 3years years now and while there was some initial change in managers, Harleen Chawla has been our manager for the last 2 years and has delivered excellent service. To say that Harleen has gone above and beyond expectations would be an understatement and is always eager to assist and goes the extra mile for us.
