3rd time back to pick up an order. It still hasn't been processed after one week. (One single post) having to wait over 30min each time to try and get an answer.... Under staffed. No idea on whats happening. Not easy to get through on phone calls... Try elsewhere before coming here...

Defiantly will not be shopping here again. I walked in on a weekend to purchase some basic gardening items, yet not one staff approached me nor welcomed me into the store. As I looked around for some assistance, all team members where nowhere to be seen! To add to this, I also experienced the same customer service level at Crestmead Stratco, very disappointed...

Went looking for pool fencing at Arccherfield store, couldn't find it , after several minuets trying to find help we found somebody to help us . It's out there we were told. Out we went, saw a very basic range of fencing, needing some help we could only see one staff member who was too busy talking to a customer that was smoking. Won't be long staff said. Several minuets later staff was still chatting to the smoker. We decided to have another look around inside, saw a few items we needed, staff member still chatting to smoker so we decided to buy what we had, proceeded to the check out and nobody was there to take our money! Wow, we left our items on the counter and left. $1200 spent at the big green building over the road. Wow!

Outstanding, very friendly customer service & great prices. We turned up 10 minutes before closing time on Saturday & they were getting ready to close but they went out of their way to get us the bark & plants we were after & even loaded our car for us. They have some of the best priced plants, bark hardware around.
