Stratco Richmond

we ordered $2000 of materials from stratco st.mary's. The salesman copied what we wanted off a sheet of paper that i had made out. It clearly stated 4 * 3mt sheets of POLYCARBONATE "OPAL" in PRODEK PROFILE (costs from their catalogue was under $16 per LM). Instead, they sent 4 sheets of FIBREGLASS at 3mt..When we complained, they said that they discussed this with us. (which is a LIE..who uses fibreglass anymore)..and then they said that the salesman thought it would be stronger..So what if he thought that! The cost of the fibreglass was over $28 per Lm. This company is basically calling me and my daughter-in-law liars because there was no discussion about fibreglass and had there been then we would have remembered it..Look elsewhere for materials.
