Strathfield Accounting Tax

I had my tax return done with strathfield accountant and they were professional and friendly. Received my tax return within a week and also they explained everything very well.

I always did my tax returns by myself but my friend recommended me Strathfield accounting so I visted them few months ago. To my surprise, they were really friendly and were kind enough to explain to me the details of the process very thoroughly. They even looked at my previous tax returns that I've done by myself to see if I haven't missed out on further cashbacks!

TAXTAXTAX Very unprofessional and unorganized. After 3 weeks of waiting I called and asked if my return was lodged ok and they said yes it was lodged ok but possibly a delay is what holding back.
Well I checked with the ATO but there was no logment under my tax file number so it meant that they havent yet lodged my individual tax return. How hard is it to lodge an idividual tax return? isnt this what they do everyday? I have never had any problems like this with any other tax accountants in my life. How can you forget about your clients tax return?
