Strathfield Plaza Family Medical Practice

Disappointing. Pre-booked appointments are never on time, infact have had to wait nearly an hour in the past on a few occasions. Finally had enough and changed practices, best thing I ever did. There are better medical centres in the area that have prompter service and cleaner premises.

My son 9 years old got whooping Cough!
Went to this place, Receptionist was so lack of skills and managing about time for patient!
Look at the place only 1 patient, I askher can my son see doctor ASAP. She only said : ITS OK!
Her ITS OK- TOOK ME 2 HOURS WAITING!
I told he : why didn't u tell me from starting that 2 hour waiting! This 2 hours for a working Mother as me how important!
She said: BE PATIENT!
Who could patient than me sit there in 2 hours!
This was STUPID ME NOT PATIENT!

Both doctors and staff with very poor customer service skills. No value of patient feelings..rude doctors gets upset on asking question. Long waiting time. Not enough doctors and most likely those 2 doctors works from early morning till late evening..

i used to go there since 6 years but finally i realised they don't value your time at all. if u go there its minimum an hour wait and no exact time for doctors to be there and also not enough doctors. just 2 of them. just to sign a medical report they took more than a week. no values of our tym n health.....m not going there anymore.

I have been attending this practice for a couple of years now but on the last few occasions my doctor has kept me waiting over an hour despite booking appointments days in advance. For some reason they now think their time is more valuable than mine. If you value your time, go elsewhere.
