Stretch-Tex International Fabrics

I emailed this company looking to see their stock. Their website is not very clear about the fact they would like your address when ordering samples. Geez it was like I made the world's worst mistake with the way they were carrying on. My approach was not rude or unclear. I recieved an email at 7am this morning with a "what do YOU want" attitude which is not helpful nor "customer friendly". I don't care who your fancy consumers are you should be treating ALL customers equally.

Maybe they woke up on the bad side of the bed or is usually such an rude, obnoxious and off-putting customer service representative. Their behaviour was not what I'd want to contribute my money towards and my need to ever want to use their company again pretty much disappeared after their second equally rude email.

Remember the customer (or potential one) pays YOUR wages.
