Slicker than your average bowling alley that also is fun for the adults. I love how you can have some late night fun with friends over a drink and laugh bowling. Great lighting, mood and music to make you feel like you are also at a bar and not just a typical bowling alley.
Having grown tired of the old-look run-down bowling alley, I had long given up on ten pin bowling. That was until I was invited to an evening out at the Strike Bowling Bar in Glen Waverley. Conveniently located in Century City Walk, near restaurants, bars, cafes and the cinemas - Strike is ideally placed for fun and entertainment. On entering one quickly becomes aware that bowling has become cool all over again. A licensed bar on site means you can sip on your favourite mixer or cocktail whilst sharing a game or two of bowling with your friends. A fantastic venue for a celebration or party, particularly to kick off a big night. Of a day, children and families can enjoy the same atmosphere - although with a closed bar. Then after a certain hour, the kids' curfew kicks in and the bar opens. One game flies by, so I suggest you book a minimum of two. And definitely book well in advance, because it can be so popular that sessions are booked out days in advance during the peak hours.
