I love the luxury of relaxing at Studio 11 , they do the best haircuts ever in my opinion.. They don't rush to get you in and back out to fill the next spot , so relax and enjoy. You are made to feel special in this friendly environment where they obviously know all about hair. They do such a good job.

What a great experience. I was looking for a good hairdresser in the area, saw the cudo deal and decided to them a try. I was extremely happy with my cut and I loved my color. The service was friendly and helpful and the champagne topped it off. Thankyou I will return for more of your services without hesitation.

The worst hairdresser experience of my life... I have never been so enraged about the way I have been treated to bother writing a negative review, but the way I was treated today left me so enraged I feel this is my only outlet. I went to this salon having bought an online deal and I waited forty minutes before being consulted about what I wanted done to my hair, even though the owners were both free. Finally when I was consulted I got told that they were not prepared to foil my hair as I wanted due to the risk of breakage. They were extremely defensive and quite patronizing towards me, almost expecting me to be upset about it, as though they have had issues with other people who purchased the deal when they were trying to take shortcuts on the services it says they will provide.
