Was very disappointed with eyelash extensions. Customer service was a joke. The girl never smiled and clearly did not want to be there. No instructions for care afterwards and half the lashes were stuck to my eyelids causing swelling and severe pain. Glue was in my eye causing more pain and I had to have eye drops for the infection. Will never go back!!! Focus on the customers, not the numbers and money!!!!
I was over charged, they use nail filling machines above the recommended speed of 1. I have had SNS by these guys twice, the last time three nails had bubbles and came off. They used the nail file machine to take them off instead of just soaking them and they have cut my nail beds which will take ages to grow out! NEVER AGAIN all about the money and how many people they can get in and out instead of spending the appropriate amount of time on you to get what you pay for!
