Terrible Experience. Went for a trim. They cut off about 3 inches (Too Much) and then the right side was about 4 inches higher again. Worst haircut i have ever had. I was so upset i cried. I contacted the management who hesitated to tell me their name and thought i was rude for asking. I didnt want to go back to the shop as i was upset, 2 young kids at home with me and didn't want them going near my hair again. They refused to give me an email to send them the pictures. Refused any refund. I cant believe he was so abusive to me when i was a complaining customer. DONT USE THIS HAIRDRESSER.
