I went to studio m for hair with a voucher for a treatment and half head of foils a little while ago. The younger girls were so lovely and took care of me. However, I hate to point this out, but unfortunately I was met with the most unpleasant customer service by one of the older ladies (I'm not sure what her name was). As I had a voucher she informed the younger girls taking care of me not to waste certain products on me and do less foils (said this openly in front of me). My hair was streaky and terrible as a result. This lady also was very rude to me about being ten minutes late to my appointment (I agree one should not be late to appointments. I apologised and explained I had caught the bus there which was not on time). I'm only sixteen and thus she may have thought she could get away with treating me with such poor manner. I have been going to Studio M for 5 years, after moving to this area. I won't go anywhere else now, even if I move away from this suburb. Always a good colour, cut, the most friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere, very reasonable prices, and the best coffee I've had in a hair salon!
Hi my wife and I came in yesterday and got our haircuts by Rebecca, she did an amazing job, we were both impressed by her consultation and her cutting skills she really knows what she is doing only problem is we don't know when she is working next as she explained to us she is a casual just when we found our next hairdresser
I got my hair cut here the other day. Managed a last minute app. Did not have to wait long. I had a total hairstyle change. The hairdresser there Jess did a perfect job on the cut and style also with the colour selection and foils. It was my first time at Studio M. I will use them again. Happy with the result , service and price. Great ladies there and great atmosphere.
I decided to go to them when the other hair salon was closed today. I called up earlier and asked if they did haircuts for men and was told they do.
Even before I was greeted, I stood at the front waiting. Eventually this staff member came out, saw me but proceeded to sit down and work on some paperwork. After about 2 minutes, the staff member finally decided to serve me. As soon as I was greeted, I had this bad feeling. No smiles at all.
The hair cut that was given to me was crude. Really uneven and choppy. Bits of edges sticking out everywhere. And that cost me $25 bucks. Why didn't I go back to them fix it up? Well so much hair has been taken off (and I did ask before hand if they could cut what I requested and was told no problems) they could only make it worse.
No eye contact or smiles even when I was paying. So unprofessional.
Now I have to return to the my original place and pay full price to have my haircut fixed up.

I employ only qualified certified stylists and if you would like to either call into my salon or call me I am more than happy to discuss your problem. I am extremely remorseful that you experienced such a negative visit into my salon and I am addressing all the issues you have raised with my staff.
