I'm so disheartened by this company that I made an account just to post this review. We wanted to get quotes done for our home, which in the beginning they seemed happy to do. We gave them a couple of days to hear back from them, but heard nothing. After a few emails with no replies, we decided to call. My call was answered by reception and I as told my message would go to the woman who quotes. But it either didn't make it there or it fell on deaf ears. It's now been months, and after more emails and more calls with no replies or attempts to get in contact I'm pretty fed up. Would not recommend this company, the service and communication, or lack of, has been appalling.
