Stunning Nails

I visited Stunning Nails beauty centre for a first time few years ago recommended by friends living in the area. For them this salon is by far the best in the area.
They do the best SNS and I enjoy their popular pedicure.
Last Monday I was there for eyebrow tattoo and was so happy I have decided to write a review.
What I like the most is the quality of their services and customer care.
I have booked already keratin hair treatment.

I went for highlights and cut.

I was there for 3.5 hours having my highlights done and had to leave without the cut as had another appointment. The highlights were atrocious - i actually think they have no idea. Big globs of yellow dye through my hair and a red runway down the centre of my head. I said i wasnt happy and Daisy offered to fix it and do my cut at another time.

Daisy said it would take 1 hour. Well - 2.5 hours later and still no cut, AND my roots went a bright loolly red ( i am blonde /brown). Daisy kept putting bowls of toner in and then more color. It just went from bad to worse. I demanded my money back and left with wet hair. I have now been quoted $250 by another salon to rectify this disaster. Buyer beware

The staffs really seem are forced to do the service. They look sad. I feel uncomfortable when I go there. Very poor customer service. They dropped the tools and towel on the floor and used them for me. Very Disgusting.

Yes, you are stunning nails but the performance reveals something else.

I'm finding this experience almost comical. Big mistake in purchasing what I thought was going to be a relaxing experience. The staff don't look happy everything seemed like such a effort. I got to question bygone here as well - things don't seem clean enough the 'massage chair was better off than on... I'm getting a ' delyx' treatment as I write this and it's far from ordinary. I won't be returning.

Went there a few times for a mani/pedi using vouchers. They were ok. Wait times are terrible and end result is usually ok. Decided to go back and get my hair done there. Worst decision ever. Showed the hairdresser a photo of exactly what I wanted. His English isn't great but he seemed to have understood me. My hair came out looking terrible and one colour (it was supposed to be balayage!). They tried to fix it but now my hair has multiple colours going through it. And I asked for a trim. She literally cut my hair in 5 minutes and I have the worst hairstyle of my life. Have to go elsewhere to fix now.
I'm not usually one to leave reviews. But this was one of the worst hairdressing experiences I've ever had. Don't go here for your hair. Unless it's something basic like a blow wave.
