I was very unhappy with Stuttgart Auto Mercedes Benz for there poor, unprofessional service that I received from them. They also were impolite particularly the manager Jason. They took a lot of money over $5000 from me and could not solve my seat belt problems for 2 months. I was extremely angry with what they did to me. They are not professional. I went to someone else to fix the problem with only $600. That is why I'm angry. He scammed me on his work and charge me for parts that were apparently broken but they were perfectly fine. In the beginning, the car had no problems with the inside and everything was covered, When I came to pick up the car, it still was not finished and had problems. The airbag system was not working and did not tell me about it. The person does not know anything and just charges people a lot of money.

Very professional yet friendly people. They did a computer diagnostics on my c200 today and provided with not only the detailed report but also explained each code in detailed and discussed all the parts and labour hrs required to fix each of them. Absolutely 5 star.

Expensive and not very effective. Spent over 2k with them to not find a simple problem and when I took it to an independent Mercedes repairer they found the problem in 5 minutes. Not only that, I had told Stuttgart what I thought the problem was, they ignored me, but in the end I was right. There is better for cheaper out there, look around for an independent dealer, there is an extremely good one in Perth.

Bought my new Mercedes-Benz from overeast as much cheaper due to local sales dealer being the one owner. Stuttgart Autos were happy to service and fix some minor warranty work for my new A class. Worked out a lot more economical this way! Will do this for all my new Mercedes-Benz now.
