Would not trust this agency with any of my rental properties again. I recently sold an apartment a little after a tenant broke his lease and they didnt communicate to the tenant my specific instructions and incorrectly let the tenant walk away without paying what was owed and fair. I was left out of pocket more than 3 weeks rent. They refuse to admit their mistake and didnt even apologize. They said if I sold the property through them they would consider compensating me for their mistake so that obviously admits they were in the wrong.
Make sure everything is in writing when dealing with them because in my opinion its more about their bank balance over their customer service.
Hello, to be clear - you are referring about a situation with a completely separate office. I own the Style Wilston office and you rent a property through the Style James Street office. We are separate businesses, so at the moment you have made claims publicly about the wrong business.
