In my whole life I have never experienced such terrible customer service from a business. The endless false promises and what I believe to be complete lies in regards to the reasons for delays.
Ultimately the time frame wasn't the issue it was that fact that I kept getting told false times and would not be notified of any changes unless I called to ask.
If you have a choice choose a different repairer.
My experience with the people at Style Finish was excellent. My poor old 1998 Toyota had been rear ended . Before commencing I received excellent advice about my options. I also got some extra work done at an excellent price. The staff were friendly and kept me informed about progress. But the important thing is that when I got my car back 3 days later, back and front, inside and out, my car looked A-mazing. I would go back to them any time.
this place has zero concept of customer service. they have never once called me to notify of how my repairs are going despite taking 4 x as long to fix my car as they initially said it would. at first i was told it was going to be 2 weeks. i called at two weeks and they said it would be ready by the end of the following week. no phone calls, no anything. i call at the end of the following week and someone picks up and tells me they're not even sure my car has been approved for repairs (despite telling me the day after my accident that everything had been approved by the at fault party's insurer). i called a couple days later and was told my car would be ready the next day. i called the next day and they said my car wouldn't be ready until at least the end of the week and they would give me a call back. of course, no call back. so i tried again and all they could say is they found more damage - as if, 3 1/2 weeks after taking my car they found more damage? they said they'd ...read more
Exactly what I am experiencing right now. The excuse I get every time is that they have come done with the flu. That's all well and fine but maybe it's time to employ replacement staff. Very poor customer service. Not happy at all.
