I would give a zero rating if possible. LADIES DO NOT USE THIS DRESS HIRE SERVICE they should not operate and are total scammers. They are happy to take your money and NOT provide the express service in the time period they promise/specify that you paid for and when the dress doesn't arrive in the time required, through their own delay, they refuse to refund you, they ignore all your calls and reply to your emails days later with short unsatisfactory responses just to fling you off. I needed a dress to hire for a major event I had on a Thursday I hired a dress from Styletheory on the Monday and paid extra for express next day delivery fee (also one of their selling points) to ensure it arrived by either the Tuesday or Wednesday the latest.
