Very disappointing. After reading good reviews I sought their business.
They didn't show up on first quote and then blamed me for having my days wrong. Then at the appointment time of the next appointment the next day called and cancelled. They stated they 'just' got booked for 19 jobs... Overnight and would not be able to do my renovation at all. Poor form. Very poor form.
I booked the quote myself and did not book the wrong date, client was standing in front of me when I wrote it in the diary. Yesterday we agreed to leave the quote for today. From 9.00 am yesterday we had many of our quotes accept which has left no room for any other works before Christmas. I knew this client was urgent for the works to be performed so I paid them the courtesy this morning and called to apologise that even if we quoted them and they accepted that we would not be able to complete the works before Christmas. Not sure what I could have done to have been more accommodating. The lead up to Christmas is always a busy, stressful time for everyone and our company would not like to over promise and under deliver so I thought advising her we would not be able to do the works was our best solution for all involved. Again our apologies as we would never knock back any quotations/work as we pride ourselves on our professionalism regarding quotes and work.
We had a big problem with our shower having leaked for a long period leading to most of the floor rotting away beneath. We called into Style tiles showroom to ask for some advice and a quote to fix. We had Sean come and quote the job the very next day. We had a couple of quotes for the job, and Style tiles were by far the most competitive. Having accepted the quote, work started that afternoon. As with any renovation, we found things along the way that we wanted fixed, and these were all added in with no problems. The workmanship, and pride in their work are to be commended, as everything was done to very high standards. We are very happy with the results, and would have no problems recommending the team from Style Tiles and Bathrooms to all our family and friends. Thanks Again!
