Worst company ever! Paid for clothing item about 12 months ago and never received it. Was told due to cyclone, flooding and late international delivery it was delayed. Asked for refund but refused. Dealt with the manager who assured me she would handle this personally and never heard from her again. Will NEVER deal with them or recommend them again. Very annoying and disappointing.
I too wish I'd read these reviews before placing my order! The order I made & paid for using PayPal on 16/4/15 was "unavailable". I was advised that I would receive my refund promptly! Well, 6 months down the track, after numerous emails, live chats, Facebook inboxes, & finally Facebook posts out of sheer desperation (they promptly blocked me on Facebook!), I have been refunded absolutely nothing!!!!
All I have got is false promises!
Things have gone from bad to worse! They've changed their name to TSH the stylish hub! And you can't look at any of their online pages without a password! It has "guilty" written all over it!
I am in the same boat as many of these ladies. No response to fb msgd, I've been blocked from posting and even messaging on their fb page. No response to my online enquirers and NOW they have changed the website and I need a password to enter the site....where do I get that from? I want answers and can't get them. I have been waiting for 3mths for my order and a response. This is pathetic. What terrible customer service!!! Give me what I've paid for OR give my money back. I will never use this business again. Thought I was helping to grow this business, but if this is the way they treat their customers, they will not last much longer. So frustrated, disappointed and angry with my treatment!!!
Well what can I say but KEEP VERY CLEAR of this company. They have been messing me around for months now on a refund for goods never received. They don't reply to emails and as for the live chat, useless nothing is ever followed through. I have now reported them to PayPal so I should see some of my money back soon. Use this company at your own risk they shouldn't be allowed to trade. They don't even deserve half a star
Such a shame this keeps happening. I recommend you also report them to Fair Trading or ACCC...Paypal will retrieve your money but cannot investigate them the way an Australian consumer organisation can. Good luck!
