Please keep away!!
They completely destroyed my daughters hair, she's a stripy mess, it's costing hundreds of $$ to have fixed elsewhere I asked them to pay for it but they have refused saying we didn't give them the opportunity to fix it. I Would never let them touch a hair on her head again
I spent $150 on Kerastase product. Stylz Bondi has the nerve to charge you for any transaction by card even Eftpos. They are the only shop in bondi to do this. He waited until I paid to say they don't give bags. I had no bag with me to put these 3 items. I asked for a refund and he said don't go making my life hard!!!! I don't care what policy they shoving down people's throats. They're stingy and won't use paper bags because that would cost them. I tried to get a refund and C-Ann (sp?) said she was busy to come to the counter to give me refund. Unacceptable, ignorant and unprofessional - avoid this shop. They are better stores in Bondi
Very disappointed with the service & results provided on my first visit! Pricing was not clear! One price mentioned on entering salon & totally different price upon leaving salon! When asking Kelly to justify price attitude was negative & response was due to length of hair! Like how dare I ask? Upon returning again to get my hair fixed, since initial results had me still sporting severe re growth & my hair appeared bleached (looked like one colour) as opposed to full head of foils as I was promised! Kelly store manager totally ignoring me & she had really negative vibes! Witnessing her updating other staff about me returning! I was astounded by shocking customer service, I was disgusted by attitude, as it was not my fault my hair was not completed in satisfactory manner on my first visit! I asked for the olapex treatment however, they did not have this they said that they have a treatment called Trichovedic and was ensured that it was a much better than olaplex, would rejuvenate my hair and leave a wonderful shine. My hair looks more dull than when I went in, I called the salon to tell them and the staff member who answered was very rude and told me there’s nothing they can did and that they forgot to put the third step of the treatment on. Will definitely NOT go back to this shambles of a salon!
