What was I thinking - I mean, 'Stylz!' The manager and hairdresser squabbled heatedly over working conditions before she angrily hacked at my locks for just long enough to give me a lop-sided mess, then they charged me more than on the 'specials' sign that had attracted me there in the first place, becuase my hair was past shoulder-length. Apparently. My bad. I think they're closed now.

The staff are by far the rudest individuals i have ever come across in this salon. They don't have the courtesy to welcome customers so i had to wait by the desk for 10 minutes while the staff was on the phone. Even after that, they treat customers like c**p for such high amount of price.

I would never recommend this salon to anyone ever! The worst hairdressing experience of my entire life. I was attend a formal function & made an appointment to have my hair curled & styled. The hairdresser seemed very distracted & barely spoke to me. My hair did look lovely when finished but after about 20 minutes it was almost dead straight & straggly. I rang to ask them to fix it & was told that I had to return to the salon within 5 minutes or else they would it help me. When I returned I was allocated the same hairdresser who was no longer distracted was CRANKY! Hairdresser did not speak to me or look me in the eye. Pulled & yanked my hair, hit me in the head with the curling wand & didn't even have the common courtesy to apologise! Hairdresser re-did the style, as in did the same bad job twice! I had function at home and thought to do GHD curls...which didnt last for hours !!!!!

Staff was to adamant for what they doing...I am never going thier again...

Spoiled my hair and mood :(

I know it depends on hair to hold curls but It also depends on service..my past experience was good but this time its been unsatisfactory with satff and services both.

I thought I would try Keratin to straighten my hair but what a waste of $300.00 that was. The hairdressers rushed the job and I walked out of the salon with damp hair which looked and felt oily and didn't smell pleasant. The ironing / straightening process of the treatment was rushed (hairdressers did too many strands at a time) so now my hair is still fizzy, wavy and curly. The haircut was not professional either. The hairdresser did not check to see if both sides were even and didn't even cut the front strands so my hair is uneven and long at the front. Such a waste of money.
