Rang this shop for my 98 year old mum who would like a perm I asked for a seniors discount no sorry we don't do that,I was told a perm for her was around 200 dollars what a rip off last perm my mum had was 95 dollars not ever going to this place again disgusting price Dec 2022.

I recently went into Stylz, my hair was a mess I hadnt done much with it for about 6months. I went into to see Sam who was reccommended to me by my girlfirend. She gave me a few options and we decided to go with a balyage because i dont have the time or money to do my hair all the time. The color was amazing, along with the style and haircut it all complamented eachother. I am so happy with my hair, it feels soft and looks amazing, i've had family and friends complimenting how much better my hair looks. I feel like a different person. They have great customer service, got a glass of water straight away(cute little touch)and smiles all throughout the service, great atmosphere. Would definatly reccommend this salon and Sam. Had a great overall experience.

I just wanted to leave a review for Sam from Stylz who fixed my hair today - I made the catastrophic error of trying to bleach my own regrowth at home and decided to seek professional help in fixing it as I didn't want to end up with no hair. Sam from Stylz Eastgardens was so lovely, helpful and obviously very skilled and knowledgeable. I walked out of the salon feeling so happy with my blonde hair and with the customer service I was shown! Would recommend Sam to anyone who has had a hair drama like mine.

Saturday arvo, i had an appointment for 2:30 and was kept waiting for half an hour due to staff ignorance, then once finally served, i was told that the treatment that i wanted was almost triple the amount displayed on the website, so i decided on just getting a cut. Throughout the session when the staff tried to make nice conversation staff was rude and judgmental on the length and style of the cut that i asked for AND my age (all paying customers should receive the same treatment, I'm 15) and made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome the entire duration of the appointment. I would NEVER EVER recommend this salon to ANYONE, it is far over-priced, has terrible customer service and it does not deserve the half star that i am obligated to leave!

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, very unwelcoming, unprofessional, trying to charge 50$ for a toner when the hairdresser across does $20. I had to leave before they did anything to my hair as I felt uncomfortable and very pressured.

Would deffinatley not reccomend this salon.
