What a disaster! I arrived at 7pm and didn't leave till 9:30pm just to have a top up colour on routes and a 2 lots of foils in front. Plus blow dry.
This is just the beginning, second to that, they left hair dye all around my face, side burns and scalp - this wasn't washed out properly at all. AND the foils were NOT toned enough - they are left with a terrible brass colour even though I requested a colour slightly lighter from my natural colour hair - subtle.
I was waiting at my station for more than half an hour before someone came to do my hair so I decided to just get a top up as oppose to half a head of foils (being conscious on time) - The Manager (assuming) - lady with white hair knew I was after something refreshing and promised me the dream but instead I walked out in tears! Went to stylz hair in Qvb to get my hair trimmed and tidied up. Hair dresser hardly took any hair off, didn't even thin my hair out as my hair is quite thick. I have short hair too and they charge me $30 for the service which I thought was ridiculous! Also the man tried recommending me a gel for my hair which he showed me how to use but it was terrible! It looked like I had bad dandruff! I will not be returning here again and wasting my time and money! Expensive and overall poor service. Not making any recommendations.
The most appalling service I have ever had at Bondi Junction. Quoted wrong amount then made to pay $110 dollars more. Worst part is the rude, arrogant way I was spoken too by the young stylist ( I don't know her name), even her manager agreed with me she is aggressive. She needs customer service training before she destroys their business. I will not be returning and will give this recommendation to family and friends. What happened to friendliness, respect, the customer is always right. Stylz if you give a customer a quote, abide by it. Please teach your staff customer service skills. The free blow dry given to me by the manager does not make up for the disgusting behaviour of the young lady in question. By the way I will be donating it to some one else, I will not set foot in there again.
I went to this hairdresser during my lunch break this week and was completely appalled by the service provided to me. I called to confirm their price which is displayed in front of their store location to confirm what was covered, length of hair and how much I wanted cut. I was told I can just walk in and dont need an appointment.
