Terrible experience and will never return.
Foils were applied unevenly and I had a clear straight line at the front of my hair which was really embarrassing for WEEKS.
Staff reeked of cigarettes. And they spent the entire service telling me how damaged my hair was. The toner was a joke and when I dared to question it the staff was rude and I later saw her speaking poorly to the others about me. Really unpleasant experience.

Have had foils here, next day I noticed the foils had not been applied evenly, I rang salon and was told manager would ring me back, she never did, I rang their head office, they took ,they took my email address and they emailed me to say someone will ring me back, they never did. I was also in salon for over 5 hours, they always seemed understaffed and one person deals with several clients at a time, never going back.

Worst salon I've been to. Went for a haircut then they charged me $45 without shampoo and a blowdry. And the stylist didn't pay any attention to what I want, instead they just cut it and that's it. I will never recommend this salon.

Awesome experience :) Friendly accommodating staff. Did my formal hair - it looked amazing all night! Love them!
