Best customer service I ever received..... I have bought a Subaru XV from a private seller and next day I have played with the information system of the car and when I tried to start my car it didn't start at all. I thought I locked my car accidentally and spent the whole night searching how to unlock the immobilizer. I called Subaru Berwick next day early morning and dealership owner Mark came to see my car within 10 minutes after my call and fixed the issue in less than 2 minutes. He said to me it's the Subaru Customer Service and didn't expect anything in return.
