Purchased a used Forester with a trade in, and had a seamless transaction with the young dealer. The vehicle had aesthetic flaws were repaired on purchase agreement, a few weeks later the vehicle showed up with some 'minor' leaks which would involve 'major' cost, which Glen Waverely Subaru did not pick up as part of the vehicle bumper to bumper warranty + extended warranty, long story short Docklands cleared it up with GW Subaru and the minor repair which required engine out, was all fixed under warranty and were chugging along well.
They are possibly the worst dealer I have gone through. I bought a car a little while ago from them. It was a Used car but thought I would go through them and pay top dollar as they are expensive but professional (so I thought). Once I bought the car I noticed that a few things needed to be repaired. I told them and I booked the car in. When I went to pick the car up after work I asked if it was ready and the person there said all done. When I went to the car which they moved from one side of the shop to the other I noticed that the 4 things I requested to be repaired where not touched. I went back in and asked what was going on and they informed me that the car had to go somewhere for 1 of the repairs and the others have been done.
