Great customer service from Rakesh and his team. Their communication was excellent, checked in after a few days to know how I was enjoying my new Subaru forester Sport . They took time to explain all the different functions in the car . I will highly recommend Subaru Warverly
Staff at Subaru Waverly were very friendly and helpful until I had a a problem with a possible welding fault in the B pillar of my Forester which may be the cause of a creaking noise which occurs every time the vehicle hits an uneven surface. This was reported to the service department, Subaru Customer relations and even the head office during the warranty period, all to no avail. Great car, disappointing customer good will. Have has Subis since 1988 but suggest you look at Kia or Mazda as I intend to.
