Subiaco Hotel

This pub seems to be the centrepiece of Subiaco, but then again the pubs sort of always had that type of role in the local area. However, things certainly have changed a lot, and this place seems to have a much classier feel about it that what it no doubt historically was (though no doubt the nature of Subiaco has also changed quite a lot). Personally, I didn't mind the place, and they did have quite a nice beer garden, though it isn't strictly a beer garden since it is undercover, but then a lot of these places are like that these days. There is also a rooftop deck, but that is namely for the smokers. I didn't mind this place, but there was still a bit of pretentiousness about it that did sort of drag the place down in my mind.

Great little place in the heart of Subiaco. Good for a coffee in the morning or a beer in the afternoon. Lunch I am not that convinced is all that great but it does attract a lot of people on a Friday.

The breakfasts here are brilliant, I love the decor and the French Toast was absolutely delish! I even had greedy order envy, where I wanted mine and everyone elses at the table!

Will definitely go back.
