I love these markets, especially on a Friday - it's my favourite lunch date of the week! So much fresh produce in the markets, the rice paper rolls (glass noodles, either chicken, prawn, or vegetarian) from the Vietnamese place are the best! I forget the name of my favourite place, they make these Greek (i think?) pancake/crepe things filled with either chicken or beef mince, spinach and cheese then flatten it on the hot griddle - tastes amazing!!! (and it's healthy!)
I also love the 3 popadoms for a $1 from the Indian place. The fresh veggie market is fab, and so fresh, and I often love to buy myself some flowers from the gorgeous florist! The little knick-nacky stalls are also great, so many vintage/antique glassware things that I happen to collect.
I like it because it's a functional market - not so much airy fairy stuff, it gets straight to my favourite point - DELICIOUS FOOD! om nom nom nom nom! <3
