Sublime Photography

Really disappointed - although the photographs were amazing - we had to continue chasing up our products to get them and we still have not received our Small Fry Book 2.5 years later. Continue to call and email but no response. Very Talented Photography but the terrible business management - a real shame.

Stay away!!!!!! We did two coffee baby books under old management which was great - photos and books; third time we were unlucky; had to chase the photos, got wrong size, not good quality and still high prices!! Still chasing our book, photos were taken 1.5 years ago!!! No answers to emails or phone calls. Never again! #reviewtowin

We are incredibly disappointed with the whole experience. The after shoot service and follow-up was non-existant. We had to chase for months to finally get any photos at all and that was only after threatening to take our concerns to fair trading. Apparently the high cost is for a professional to touch them up ....seriously our 3 year old would have made a better job. Actually, she has taken better photos with our mobiles too! We felt pressured to persist rather than demand our money back as our little baby and toddler have changed so much since the photo shoot. Buyer beware!!!!!

Awful experience with the photographer. Had photos taken of my baby and I on her one year birthday and the photographer later couldn't find the photo files. After many many phone calls to Sublime and the management staff's mobile (always went to message bank) with responses "I'll look for the files, I'm sure we wouldn't have misplaced them" they ended up not returning my calls and not giving me any further answers. A simple "sorry I've lost them, can I retake them for you" would have been nice. It meant so much to me to have nicely shot photos of my little girl on the day she turned one. Very disappointed in their professionalism and ethics. And on a much more minor thing, The photographer was also half an hour late for the photo session at their Sublime studio. Would have also been nice for a phone call from the photographer to the studios saying they were running late from their previous session. They are very nice people and they sell their product very well. They justified their very high prices with the need of professional workmanship to touch up the photos. When we received the print outs they looked like they were touched up by a 5 years old with a crayon. Some photos were not touched up at all. They printed out the wrong photos in the wrong sizes as well. Not professional at all.
