Subway: Booval

I haven't been to this Subway store in a while, I stopped in after shopping to buy lunch to take home. The store was extremely busy, being lunchtime Sunday, the staff seemed overwhelmed and there was confusion of which customers order belong to who, due to there was no smooth production operation and customers flow of orders.
There was other staff doing an Uber Eats order, this probably where my seafood sensations footlong went to, that was down at the cashier, while i was waiting on my second order chicken & pepperoni parmi to come out of the toaster oven.
On arrival home on unwarapping what I thought was seafood sensations was instead a steak melt full of raw onions, the diced steak tasted fatty and salty, I gave it to another family member.
On a good note there was a one staff member a very nice lady that was attentive and she used the word lovely, she completed my order on paying herr and thanked her for it.

Terrible. Everytime i order here, they are rude and sloppy.. they are careless when preparing the subs and are very snappy... They may be busy but that's not how you treat your job.. It's all about focus and dealing with negative feedback not letting it show in your work.. My story ". We wanted subway for dinner.. so we go up there and ask for avocado.. we get to the checkout and it's $15..I notice there is no avocado..so I ask them to put it on and goes "its extra".. I was like "i know".. so they start throwing things around and carelessly chucks it on the sub.. I get to the checkout again.. and now the price is 21 bucks???why so much!.. they go oh that's how much it is for the chicken ranch sub with avocado..I said "Thats ridiculous just give me half of the sub then.. so they give me half and just as I go to pay my bro comes in and gives me the extra dollar to make 21.. Great Service but every time i go here even if i order the same thing the prices change for exactly the same order , ???
