Why do you advertise that your shops in Palmerston and Berrimah are open till 8.30 on Saturday evenings when they are closed before 5.00. I was going to order for 12 people and was so embarrassed when, after driving to both stores,found them to be closed,
please change your timetableif you're not going to be open. You've lost me and quite a few others that were waiting to order on the sites as well
Hi subway head office , please bring back the amazing lemon and herb sauce! I used to by subway every night/day but I won't now as I only loved the sauce too , it isn't the same without it , please bring it back ASAP , it is to die for and highly enjoyable , thankyou so much
went to the new morayshire store in qld last night for dinner just after 5pm and was absolutely disgusted in the service i received. i was served by the staff who had the look on the face when i asked for what i wanted was like they didnt want to serve me and would have rathered been at home. they kept getting the order wrong even though i clearly asked for what i wanted. then staff huffed over me asking them to toast one of the subs which they knew had to be toasted anyway. i got home to unwrap the subs and two looked like they were squashed and flattened and the third wasnt even together i had to remake the sub before my daughter could eat it. can guarantee i will not be going there again unless the staff get a lesson in courtesy and customer service.
