Subway

I wouldn't even have given this place half a star, but i had to, to be able to write this review. At 7:30 tonight, I went to your store with my boyfriend to get dinner and was served by Kira. There were 2 other customers in the store at this present time being served by Kate. I ordered a footlong honeyoat with chicken strips TOASTED only to be told they couldn't toast anymore as they were turning the toaster off (whilst the other customers subs were currently being toasted), I argue don't the point and Kira asked Kate if she could toast mine only for me to be told quite rudely that it would be the last one. The customer service was appalling. Kate got the sauce wrong on the mans sub that was before us, and without even an apology said quite rudely 'what do you want me to do?' Before wiping it off with a hand towel and putting the right sauce on. Kira then got the sauce wrong on the wrap belonging to the lady after us and scraped most of it off into the bin. The food was great but the staff that was in charge tonight was very rude to both us and another staff member !!! Maybe they should focus a little more on good customer service...
