Terrible customer care and service, would not go back again for a long long time.
Today , I went there around 9:15 am got my breakfast, then took a seat in their restaurant. The small table looked normal, but when I put my things on it, the whole table top flopped. My Subway experience was somewhat disappointing. Everything about the shop appeared pleasant it was clean and bright, it smelt great, the staff were friendly, there was ample dining space, and the number of different sandwiches on offer was staggering. These good qualities were easy to observe while I was waiting in line for 15 minutes just to order. The sandwich did not taste as good as the shops aroma promised, and my smoothie took another 10 minutes to materialize. I won't be back, but I won't discourage others after all, Subway is a far healthier alternative to its greasy neighbours. I will just advise everyone to avoid visiting during ''peak'' times i.e. lunchtimes.
