One of the worst subways i've been to. i was going there regulary for lunch, and they gave me their loyalty card. After the 12th you suppose to have a six inch sub for free.As i was paying for the sub i presented my card so i can claim the six inch sub, they said yes they took my card , punched it and gave it back.Then strangely they asked for my card again to punch it and once the looked at it, they said sorry you cannot claim the sandwich because it's already been punched ( which means u already collect it) and they kept denying the fact that they punched it. This came for a manager or senior staff. If subway don't know how to teach their staff proper customer service, then no need to loyalty programs , it's a waste of money.
I love this Subway! I often call in on my way home from running workshops for Inspired Honey. They are always friendly and make up my order exactly how i like it. I only wish they'd tell me how they make their Honey Mustard (sigh!) Great customer service is hard to find these days so keep it up!
