Terrible customer service. They don't pay attention and always have to double check orders. One recent experience is that we ordered a tuna sub with salad, but when we went home there was no tuna. Contacted the manager was told we had to come in and identify the customer service rep that made the mistake ( why should we have to that, other companies like domino's etc take your word for it). I have now contacted the head office and have to wait for the franchise owner to get back to me in 72 hours. What a Joke? By the way this store has made many mistakes ie wrong toppings on different subs etc but I was happy to give them a chance but forgetting a key ingredient is just ridiculous.
